“Mos Eisley Spaceport. You will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy.”
This is a personal fan art project inspired by the iconic Mos Eisley environment from the Star Wars universe. It’s been a key milestone in my 3D development journey, where I focused heavily on composition, atmosphere, and lighting to capture the chaotic and vibrant soul of this legendary spaceport.
The scene is built with real-time rendering in mind, balancing detail and optimization, suitable for both cinematic and game-oriented workflows.
Project highlights:
Modular architectural design
Custom materials and unique textures
Heavy use of real-world and Star Wars concept references
Lighting studies in both daylight and sunset setups
Software Used:
3ds Max – Blocking and technical detailing
Rizom: UV Mapping
Substance 3D Painter – PBR texturing
ZBrush – High-poly sculpting for key assets
Unreal Engine 5 – Scene assembly and lighting
PureRef – Reference management
Quixel Megascans – Supplementary vegetation/textures
